Calibration:
- Carefully remove the cap
- immerse in KCL storage solution for 24 hours (so it's nice to do it every 30 days to extend testosterone life and improve the reading of values)
- turn on the tester from the "ON / OFF" button
- Press the button again to display "HOLD", then press it again
- immerse it in a plastic cup with a buffer solution of 7.0
- Wait until the reading stabilizes, this may take a minute or two
- when the display values stop blinking for at least 30 seconds, press the "CAL" button until "CAL" appears in the display.
- remove the tester from the buffer solution, immerse it in a glass of tap water, remove it and gently shake it and soak it in a soft cloth
- then move the tester into a plastic bottle with buffer solution 4.0
- Wait until the reading stabilizes, this may take a minute or two
- when the display values stop blinking for at least 30 seconds, press the "CAL" button until "CAL" appears in the display.
- "✓" will appear on the screen to confirm that the calibration was successful
To store the reading probe for a longer time, pour some of the KCL storage solution into the cap so that the probe can be moistened. Put the solution in the cap every week.
Do not use distilled, deionized or RO (reversed somosis) water!!!
