The Wave Maker 3000 is a pump designed to stir the nutrient solution in the tank. It protects the water in the tank from stagnation and therefore the loss of oxygen. The more water circulates, the more it will be enriched with oxygen. The device has a hinged ball joint that allows it to rotate 360°.
